In active response to the provincial education department's special initiative on university-enterprise visits and job expansion during the vacation period, and to deepen industry-education integration in the biotechnology sector, Gao Hongyin, Dean of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College of our institute, recently joined leaders from Dalian University of Science and Technology in a joint delegation to Bingshan Songyang Biotechnology (Dalian) Co., Ltd. for school-enterprise cooperation negotiations. This university-university linkage model precisely aligns with industrial demands, establishing a new collaborative talent cultivation platform.

As a national-level key "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in niche and cutting-edge technologies, Bingshan Songyang Biotechnology has been deeply engaged in life sciences and biotechnology for over 50 years. The company focuses on supplying specialized equipment and comprehensive solutions for biopharmaceutical and cell therapy R&D. Its products cover more than 30 provincial-level administrative regions nationwide and are exported to over 20 countries overseas. With industry-leading advantages in core scenarios such as biological sample preservation and cell therapy environments, the company serves as a benchmark enterprise in the biotechnology sector.
At the negotiation meeting, relevant enterprise leaders provided detailed introductions to the company's business layout, technical strengths, and current talent needs. They elaborated on development plans for biotechnology equipment R&D and intelligent solution implementation, as well as the urgent demand for versatile technical talents with practical capabilities and innovative thinking.

Dean Gao Hongyin and leaders from Dalian University of Science and Technology respectively introduced their institutions' educational characteristics, professional construction advantages, and talent cultivation philosophies. They highlighted achievements in practical training teaching and innovation-entrepreneurship education for biology-related majors. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on core topics including joint talent cultivation, co-construction of internship and practical training bases, two-way faculty exchanges, and collaborative research projects, reaching multiple cooperation consensuses: going forward, they will leverage enterprise industrial resources and university educational strengths to jointly develop talent cultivation programs adapted to biotechnology industry needs, open enterprise R&D centers and university practical training resources, co-build practical teaching bases, and promote precise alignment between teaching content and industry technical standards. They will also explore joint technical breakthroughs and employee training to achieve shared talent cultivation, resource sharing, and mutual benefits.

This joint university-enterprise visit and job expansion by the two institutions represents a practical measure responding to the provincial education department's policy requirements, and more importantly, an innovative practice of university-university collaboration and school-enterprise linkage. By integrating educational resources from both universities and precisely connecting with industry-leading enterprises, this initiative not only broadens high-quality employment channels for graduates but also injects new momentum into industry-education integration in the biotechnology sector. Going forward, the three parties will accelerate cooperation implementation, deepen cooperation effectiveness through regular communication mechanisms, jointly cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents adapted to biotechnology industry development, and contribute educational strength to high-quality regional industrial development!
