To advance the integration of industry and education and collaborative talent cultivation between schools and enterprises, accurately meet the talent demands for high-quality development in the new materials industry, and broaden talent delivery channels for majors including intelligent manufacturing, computer networks, emergency rescue technology, and fire rescue technology,on March 20, Vice President Gao Chenglin of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology led a delegation comprising responsible persons from the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College and the Security Emergency Management and Cryptography Industry College to Dalian Orient Carbon Valley New Materials Group Co., Ltd. for on-site visits and in-depth discussions on school-enterprise cooperation, establishing a solid platform for subsequent collaboration between both parties.

The school delegation first visited the enterprise's sand table exhibition area and brand showroom, where General Manager Ao Zuchun provided a comprehensive introduction to the overall planning, production capacity layout, and future development prospects of the Carbon Materials Industry New City project, enabling the delegation to gain direct insight into the enterprise's core technical strengths, research and development innovation capabilities, and robust development potential in the new energy carbon materials sector, thereby identifying the direction for subsequent major alignment and talent cultivation.

During the symposium, the responsible person from Dalian Orient Carbon Valley New Materials Group Co., Ltd. provided a detailed introduction to the enterprise's development history, core technical achievements, industry honors and qualifications, and the urgent demand for professional technical talents in intelligent manufacturing, computer networks, emergency rescue technology, and fire rescue technology. President Gao Chenglin introduced the school's educational scale, construction of characteristic industry colleges, and advantages in major layout, with particular emphasis on the professional training orientation, curriculum system, and teaching characteristics of the two colleges. The colleges closely align with regional industrial development needs, constructing a diversified characteristic major system. Internal courses adhere to a practical teaching model combining theory and hands-on practice, strengthening students' professional operational capabilities, which highly correspond with the enterprise's talent demands.

In-depth discussions were conducted on cooperation matters regarding talent cultivation and employment delivery for majors including intelligent manufacturing, computer networks, emergency rescue technology, and fire rescue technology, reaching a high degree of consensus. The enterprise will provide high-quality employment positions for students in relevant majors of the college, with skilled blue-collar talents enjoying considerable salary packages; the college will further optimize the talent cultivation chain, starting from winter vacation social practice in the first year and integration of enterprise culture courses in the second year, progressively achieving alignment between talent cultivation and enterprise demands. In the future, both parties plan to jointly establish order-oriented classes, co-compile professional training materials, and conduct joint teaching, integrating the enterprise's production standards and technical requirements into classroom instruction, making talent cultivation in intelligent manufacturing, IT and computer majors more aligned with actual enterprise needs, achieving seamless transition from campus to enterprise.

This school-enterprise negotiation has laid a solid foundation for deep cooperation between Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology and Dalian Orient Carbon Valley New Materials Group Co., Ltd. Both parties have expressed strong intentions for long-term exchanges and collaborative talent cultivation.
