Recently, the "Liaoning Provincial Library Maple Leaf Vocational College Branch" has been completed and officially opened on the third floor of the library at the Qidingshan Campus of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College. This branch, integrating knowledge dissemination, cultural immersion, and learning exchange, creates a convenient, comfortable, and high-quality "joyful reading habitat" for all teachers and students, allowing the aroma of books to fill every corner of the campus.

As an important initiative to extend provincial public cultural services to higher education institutions and deepen cultural education in the college, the branch was successfully opened with the joint promotion by the Provincial Library and the College. Currently, nearly 10,000 books donated by the Provincial Library have been organized and shelved, covering nine major categories: fiction literature, psychological science, humanities and social sciences, business and finance, media culture, language expression, popular literature, humanities history, and party building and ideological education. The content is rich and diverse, comprehensively meeting the reading, learning, and ideological improvement needs of teachers and students. The library specially features a reading section for Volume 5 of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China," where teachers and students can borrow and consult for free within the library, facilitating deep and solid theoretical learning.

To enhance the reading experience for teachers and students, the library has specially set up a dedicated book reading area with a quiet environment and rational layout, providing an immersive reading space. It is also equipped with 7 electronic reading screens, achieving a "paper collection + digital resources" three-dimensional service, breaking the limitations of time and space for reading, and making high-quality resources readily accessible. Additionally, the branch has added dedicated reading booths, offering independent and private spaces for reading aloud, meeting diverse needs of teachers and students.

The official opening of the Liaoning Provincial Library Maple Leaf Vocational College Branch allows teachers and students to enjoy provincial high-quality cultural resources without leaving campus.
