To further advance the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, and to broaden the pathways for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, on April 7, Gao Qingxia, General Manager of Wuwei Chuangshi (Dalian) Technology Development Co., Ltd., along with the Tmall Campus Department, visited Qidingshan Campus of our university in a three-person delegation. They conducted on-site inspections of the campus teaching facilities, practical training supporting facilities, and existing campus service positions, and held special exchange and negotiation meetings on the co-construction of an industrial college.

At the negotiation meeting, Yang Ping, Chairman of the College Board, gave a detailed introduction to the school's educational characteristics, professional construction layout, and development plan for industry-education integration, with a focus on elaborating the preliminary strategic concept for industrial college construction. In terms of cooperation positioning, the aim is to break away from the traditional shallow school-enterprise cooperation model, promote Tmall Campus's transformation from single curriculum delivery to co-construction of production practice training bases, and fully build a full-chain talent cultivation system of "cognition - practical training - internship - real combat," effectively solving the pain point of insufficient authentic production practice training scenarios on campus.

Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on core topics such as industrial college cooperation models, curriculum system construction, resource investment, and joint talent cultivation. Based on the campus's educational positioning and industrial development needs, they specifically discussed cooperation implementation pathways, practical training scenario creation, and joint faculty development, fully exchanging cooperation opinions and thoroughly communicating both parties' cooperation demands and development plans.

During the exchange process, both parties reached a consensus on subsequent liaison work, expressing that they would return to organize their respective core resources, refine cooperation ideas, and schedule further communication and negotiation at a later date to jointly explore cooperation entry points and feasible solutions that fit both parties' development.
This visit and negotiation established an efficient communication platform between our university and Tmall Campus. Both sides fully exchanged ideas and development intentions on industry-education integration cooperation, enhanced mutual understanding, and laid a good foundation for further discussion of cooperation matters in the future. In the next step, our university will continue to uphold the concept of openness and win-win cooperation, actively connect with high-quality industrial resources, steadily advance school-enterprise exchange and liaison work, deeply cultivate the pathways of industry-education integration for talent cultivation, make every effort to improve the quality of talent cultivation, and contribute to the high-quality development of vocational education.
