To thoroughly deepen the integration of industry and education and the mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education, promote the precise connection between theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation and clinical practice, and effectively enhance students' professional practical abilities and professional qualities, on April 20, students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Treatment Technology of the Nursing Industry College of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology went to the Affiliated Central Hospital of Dalian University of Technology to carry out practical learning for the course Comprehensive Practical Training in Rehabilitation Treatment Skills, tempering solid skills and cultivating professional aspirations in real clinical scenarios.

This practical training closely followed the talent cultivation needs of the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation specialty, focusing on three core areas: neurological rehabilitation, postoperative rehabilitation of bones and joints, and speech and swallowing rehabilitation, precisely aligning with actual clinical positions. During the training period, under the careful guidance of senior physicians and therapists in the hospital's rehabilitation department, students fully participated in the entire process of rehabilitation assessment, clinical treatment practice, standardized medical record writing, and efficient doctor-patient communication. Everyone strictly observed the hospital's infection control and clinical safety protocols, actively sought advice on diagnostic thinking and practical techniques, carefully refined every operational detail, identified gaps and accumulated experience through repeated practice, fully demonstrating the good spiritual demeanor of Maple Leaf students who are diligent in learning, good at thinking, rigorous and pragmatic, and proactive. Their professional practical abilities, clinical adaptability, and professional qualities were significantly enhanced.

This clinical practice teaching is an important practical measure for the college to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote school-enterprise collaborative education.
