On April 21, our school grandly held the "Campus Safety Lecture — Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bullying" themed event at the second-floor lecture hall of the library. The Student Affairs Department invited Director Bai Chunsheng of Qidingshan Police Station, and Police Officers Gao Enyang and Wang Qiang to deliver the lecture. More than 400 faculty and students attended the event. Through the special lecture on safety knowledge, the school further built a solid campus safety defense line and enhanced students' awareness of anti-fraud prevention and self-protection.

At the lecture site, Director Bai Chunsheng, drawing on real cases, analyzed the pornography-related brushing scam routine. Criminals use illicit websites, using rebates and benefits as bait to induce students to download unofficial apps. After gaining trust, they carry out large-sum transfer fraud, making property losses difficult to recover. The police officers reminded students to stay away from illicit websites, not to click on unfamiliar links, not to download unknown apps, and to reject the temptation of brushing-for-rebate schemes.

Police Officer Gao Enyang provided science education on school bullying, focusing on explaining the harm of social bullying. Behaviors such as spreading rumors, isolating others, and leaking privacy all cause serious psychological harm to classmates. Officer Gao stated that any form of bullying violates school discipline, and serious cases require legal responsibility. He called on everyone to get along amicably and to promptly report bullying to teachers and parents when encountered.

During the lecture, the police officers used case reconstruction, graphic displays, and interactive reminders to make safety knowledge more intuitive and easier to understand. Students listened attentively and actively learned, further recognizing fraud traps and mastering anti-bullying techniques. Everyone expressed that the content of this lecture was practical and highly rewarding, effectively enhancing their own safety prevention capabilities.

This lecture is an important practice for our school in strengthening campus safety construction and protecting students' healthy growth. In the next step, our school will continue to advance the normalization and diversification of safety education, continuously popularize knowledge on anti-fraud, anti-bullying, and other safety topics, and make every effort to create a safe, harmonious, and civilized campus environment, escorting the youthful growth of students.
