To implement the spirit of the municipal Party committee and municipal government's meeting on strengthening talent supply for Dalian's shipbuilding industry, thoroughly implement the employment-first strategy, precisely build the school-enterprise supply-demand docking bridge, and assist graduates in high-quality employment. On April 22, the Hengli Heavy Industry Group presentation and recruitment fair was held at the lecture hall of Qidingshan Campus of our college.

This recruitment fair was jointly organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College. The meeting was chaired by Teacher Yao Xiaojie. More than 300 students from mechanical and electrical majors of the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College gathered at the scene, creating a warm atmosphere and laying a solid foundation for school-enterprise collaborative education and precise talent delivery.
On April 21, 18 students from the class of 2027 of our college signed employment agreements with Hengli Heavy Industry. The favorable situation of securing employment before graduation has greatly enhanced the college's social reputation.
At the presentation session, Teacher Yao Xiaojie extended a warm welcome to the Hengli Heavy Industry recruitment team and introduced the purpose, process, and significance of this presentation fair. This presentation is an important measure of the college's "High-Quality Enterprise Talent Recruitment" initiative and school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration. She encouraged students to cherish the opportunity, understand enterprise needs, clarify career directions, actively connect with high-quality positions, and achieve resonance between their majors and enterprise development.

Subsequently, the Hengli Heavy Industry recruitment team, through PPT and video, provided students with a comprehensive introduction to the enterprise's development history, industrial layout, advantageous culture, talent cultivation, and position requirements. From the operation of the industrial park in early 2023, to the delivery of the first ship and first engine, and then to the commissioning of the Phase II intelligent factory, the enterprise's strong development momentum greatly inspired the students. The team also provided detailed explanations for students majoring in mechanical and electrical fields regarding the requirements, job content, and compensation and benefits of positions such as engine debugging technician, electrical debugging technician, and R&D design reserve cadre.

During the explanation, recruitment personnel, drawing on real cases, emphasized the enterprise's emphasis on professional technology, practical operation, and innovation capabilities. They provided detailed introductions to the comprehensive "technology + management" dual-channel promotion system and customized talent training programs, giving students a clearer and firmer understanding of the enterprise's prospects and their own career planning. Facing students' concerns about position fit, career growth, and welfare benefits, the recruitment team patiently answered questions and engaged in sincere exchanges. The scene was filled with continuous interaction and rounds of applause, thoroughly igniting the students' job-seeking enthusiasm.
At the interview site, the enterprise recruitment team conducted comprehensive assessments from the dimensions of professional knowledge, practical experience, and career planning. The students responded with composure and confidence, fully demonstrating the solid competence and youthful vitality of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology's intelligent manufacturing major students. The recruitment head praised repeatedly that the students participating in this interview had excellent overall quality and solid professional foundations, and looked forward to reaching employment intentions with outstanding students to inject fresh strength into the enterprise.


At this recruitment fair, nearly 300 students from our college attended the presentation, among which more than 30 students participated in interviews, and more than 20 students reached intentions with the enterprise.
