To deepen the effectiveness of school-enterprise collaborative education, consolidate the professional practical abilities of order class students, and refine the three-mentor education management system, on April 21, the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College specially invited Li Enlai, senior engineer from Dalian Yishun Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., to enter the classroom and conduct a specialized training session on precision manufacturing processes for order class students.

Before the training began, Gao Chenglin, Vice President of the college, presented the enterprise mentor appointment certificate to the newly appointed enterprise instructor Li Enlai, formally appointing him to join the order class education team, further strengthening school-enterprise faculty collaboration and solidifying the foundation for talent cultivation.

Yang Shan, Teaching Director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College, and Qiao Wenshu, Practical Teaching Director, visited the training site to guide the work. They gained a detailed understanding of the implementation of school-enterprise courses, students' mastery of skills, and the progress of order class cultivation, and put forward clear requirements for deepening school-enterprise cooperation and strengthening the three-mentor education mechanism. The Teaching Director emphasized the need to continuously deepen school-enterprise co-construction and co-education, optimize talent cultivation programs in close alignment with industrial demands, continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation, and focus on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the development needs of the precision manufacturing industry.

This training closely followed actual enterprise production, focusing on two core components: interpretation of process document standards and engineering drawing reading assessment. Engineer Li Enlai, drawing on real production cases, frontline processing standards, and practical operation procedures, systematically explained knowledge such as process document compilation, identification of key and difficult points in drawings, and process operation essentials. He answered questions on-site, helping students become familiar with job technical standards in advance and precisely align with job skill requirements, comprehensively enhancing their professional competence in reading drawings, understanding processes, and performing practical operations.
The training site was orderly. All students of the Yishun Precision Order Class wore enterprise-exclusive work uniforms, were in high spirits, and maintained strict discipline, fully demonstrating the good professional demeanor and rigorous, pragmatic learning attitude of order class students.
The college continues to deepen the refined three-mentor education model, building an all-round, whole-process education framework: technical backbones from Dalian Yishun Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., including Li Enlai and many others, serve as enterprise technical mentors; full-time college teacher Li Junwu serves as the professional mentor, consolidating theoretical foundations, imparting cutting-edge processes, and connecting with job practical operations; counselor Li Lisa serves as the ideological and political quality mentor, building ideological foundations and nurturing professional ethics. The three parties collaborate and work in concert, achieving deep integration of professional teaching, enterprise practice, and ideological and political education.
In the next step, the college will continue to deepen school-enterprise integration and solidify order-based education, regularly carrying out activities such as enterprise experts entering campuses, job skills practical training, and specialized process workshops. It will empower student growth and development through three-mentor collaborative education, delivering more high-quality composite technical and skilled talents for the high-quality development of the regional manufacturing industry.
