To deeply commemorate the revolutionary martyrs, carry forward the great spirit of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, and deepen revolutionary tradition education and patriotism education for young students. On April 22, our college organized all ideological and political course teachers and enrolled students to watch the live broadcast of the repatriation ceremony for the 13th batch of remains of Chinese People's Volunteer Army martyrs in South Korea, as well as the "Heroes, Never Taking Their Final Bow" — Carrying Forward and Promoting the Great Spirit of Resisting U.S. Aggression and Aiding Korea Grand Ideological and Political Class, guiding all faculty and students to remember the heroic deeds of the martyrs and bravely shoulder the mission of the times.

Loyal Bones Returning Home, Welcoming Heroes Together
The college attached great importance to this event, coordinating the setup of primary and sub-venues during the live broadcast. Primary venues were established at the second-floor lecture hall of the library at Qidingshan Campus and the fourth-floor library at Daheishi Campus; the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College and the Nursing Industry College selected teacher and student representatives to watch on-site in a centralized manner; sub-venues were simultaneously set up in classrooms across the college, organizing faculty and students to watch synchronously.
The viewing site was solemn and dignified. All faculty and students wore solemn expressions and held reverence in their hearts, jointly witnessing the solemn moment of the heroes' glorious return to their homeland. In the live broadcast footage, the scenes of the "Twin 20s" strategic assets arrayed in the sky, honor guards escorting the remains, and the "water salute" were deeply moving. In the solemn and dignified atmosphere, faculty and students profoundly comprehended the noble character of the revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives for righteousness and defended their homeland.

Ideological and Political Education Forging the Soul, Inheriting the Spirit of Heroes
In the afternoon, each Party branch organized faculty and students to watch the "Heroes, Never Taking Their Final Bow" themed grand ideological and political class in an orderly manner according to actual conditions. Through designated platforms, faculty and students listened attentively to the course, deeply studying the history of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, and profoundly understanding the rich connotations and contemporary value of the great spirit of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea. In the course, vivid heroic deeds, precious historical materials, and profound expert interpretations allowed everyone to more truly feel the patriotic sentiments and sense of responsibility of the revolutionary martyrs, further stimulating patriotic enthusiasm and the drive to forge ahead.

Carrying Forward the Bloodline, Tempering the Aspiration to Strengthen the Nation
This event is an important measure for our college to advance the construction of "grand ideological and political classes" and deepen red education, effectively promoting the deepening and solidification of revolutionary tradition education and patriotism education. The deeds of heroic martyrs such as Yang Gensi became vivid teaching materials for this learning activity, allowing faculty and students to profoundly experience the contemporary power of the spirit of the martyrs. Everyone expressed that they will forever remember the immortal contributions of the Volunteer Army martyrs, transform their remembrance of the heroes into the drive to forge ahead, and take practical actions to carry forward the red genes and continue the red bloodline.
In the next step, the college will take this as an opportunity to continue making good use of red education resources, actively organize a series of supporting activities such as themed class meetings, themed speeches, and teaching and research activities, promote the deep integration of the spirit of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea into the entire process of education and teaching, guide the vast number of young students to firm up their ideals and convictions, cultivate patriotic sentiments, bravely shoulder the mission of the times, and strive to grow into new-era talents capable of shouldering the great task of national rejuvenation.
