To implement national vocational education reform requirements, deepen Party building-led industry-education integration and collaborative education, promote professional teaching to connect with industrial demands, and integrate ideological and political education with skills cultivation. On May 15, the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College organized teachers and students of equipment-related majors to carry out an off-campus study activity at Dalian Haier Refrigerator Manufacturing Center. This activity used the enterprise production front line as a real-scene classroom, creating a "walking ideological and political class" and "mobile professional classroom," helping students hone skills and cultivate their original aspiration in real industrial scenarios. It is a vivid practice of the college using Party building to empower order class talent cultivation and deepen curriculum reform.

The college relies on the Party building bond to deeply cultivate school-enterprise cooperation and order class education, integrating Party building work into the entire process of cooperation including talent cultivation optimization, practical training resource sharing, and employment channel connectivity, building an integrated education system of "learning — practice — employment." Off-campus study as a normalized core teaching link of the order class breaks the limitations of traditional classrooms, carrying out real-scene teaching with enterprise real production scenarios, effectively solving the disconnect between theory and practical operation, and genuinely enhancing students' professional application and practical innovation capabilities.

This study activity was led throughout by Party member teachers, promoting the deep integration of ideological and political education with professional teaching. At the study site, teachers and students visited the entire intelligent production process. Teachers combined the characteristics of the Electrical Automation and Industrial Robot Technology majors, carrying out targeted teaching around key content such as equipment debugging, production line operation and maintenance, and intelligent control, interpreting the spirit of craftsmanship through frontline practical operations. Students conducted research and discussions around production line optimization topics, genuinely enhancing their ability to solve practical production problems.
During the study period, students actively inquired about enterprise position standards and promotion paths, clarifying their career development directions and key learning focuses at school. Everyone expressed that this study activity allowed them to intuitively feel the vitality of the intelligent manufacturing industry, strengthening their confidence to deeply cultivate their profession and devote themselves to the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse.

In the next step, the college will continue to use Party building to lead the entire process of education, deepen school-enterprise Party building joint construction, optimize the "order class + mobile classroom" education model, deeply cultivate curriculum reform, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with both virtue and skill, and contribute to the transformation and upgrading of local manufacturing.
