To deepen industry-education integration, use Party building to lead curriculum reform and innovation, promote school-enterprise collaborative education, and assist students in clarifying career directions and enhancing practical capabilities. On the morning of May 20, the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College organized students to carry out an off-campus scenario-based teaching activity at Dalian COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

At the beginning of the activity, the enterprise human resources responsible person extended a warm welcome to the arrival of college teachers and students, and provided a detailed introduction to the enterprise's development history, main business, industrial layout, and talent demand standards, laying an industry cognition foundation for this scenario-based teaching.

Li Haoyuan, a 2023-level graduate of the Ship Electronic and Electrical Engineering major of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College, served as an intern representative, sharing his job content, growth experience, and workplace insights. Using frontline practical experience, he provided valuable reference for junior schoolmates, making the scenario teaching more authentic and instructive.

Subsequently, under the leadership of the enterprise responsible person, teachers and students visited the enterprise factory area and production workshop by vehicle, immersively opening the off-campus scenario classroom. At 10:07 a.m., the visiting team entered the piping workshop, where the workshop responsible person conducted on-site teaching around production processes, process standards, and safety regulations.

Yan Shijun, a 2023-level graduate of our college, combined with his practical experience in the position, vividly explained the key points of skills improvement and career development paths, deeply integrating classroom knowledge with enterprise real scenes, allowing students to intuitively grasp the core requirements of the position.

The entire visiting and teaching process was orderly. Students listened attentively to on-site explanations, carefully observed equipment operations and the entire production process, actively exchanged and discussed with enterprise technical personnel, and the on-site learning atmosphere was strong.
