Party Building Leading Practice, School-Enterprise Collaboration Cultivating Talents —— Nursing Industry College Visual Training and Rehabilitation Major Carries Out Clinical Practice at Dalian Mingshiqing Ophthalmology

To thoroughly implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, use Party building to lead professional construction and talent cultivation, and promote the deepening and solidification of industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration, on May 21, teachers and students of the 2024-level Visual Training and Rehabilitation major of the Nursing Industry College entered Dalian Mingshiqing Ophthalmology to carry out immersive clinical practice learning.

This practical activity, under the leadership of the college Party organization, relied on the core courses "Myopia Prevention and Control for Children and Adolescents" and "Comprehensive Practical Training in Optometry Skills." Professional teachers and enterprise mentors jointly delivered the courses, deeply integrating Party building work with professional teaching and clinical practice, moving the classroom into the clinical front line, and achieving precise docking between theoretical knowledge and position practical operations, leading education effectiveness with high-quality Party building.

During the practice, Party member teachers took the lead in demonstration and careful guidance. Under the leadership of enterprise teachers, students systematically learned the workflow and hospital infection management standards of the optometry center, observed the entire process of myopia screening, file establishment, refraction, visual assessment, and prevention and control plan formulation, and completed basic practical operations such as vision measurement, computerized refraction, and subjective refraction in groups. They closely observed and experienced professional equipment such as flipper trainers, vergence balls, and synoptophores. Around real clinical cases, they carried out case discussions and plan design. Enterprise experts, combining position demands, meticulously explained practical content such as visual function assessment, training standards, and risk control, integrating professional skills, professional competence, and responsibility commitment, genuinely enhancing students' position adaptation capabilities and sense of mission to serve the eye health cause.

This "classroom entering the enterprise, teaching integrating with clinical practice" practical activity is a concrete measure of the college's Party building leading industry-education integration and contributing to the construction of a Healthy China. Through practice, it effectively broadened students' professional horizons, consolidated practical skills, and strengthened professional cognition and comprehensive competence.
