To deepen industry-education integration and expand new pathways for school-enterprise cooperation, on May 27, college Chairperson Yang Ping, President Yang Jie, Vice President Eilis, Director of the Propaganda Department Xue Fei, and Chairperson Assistant Wang Simeng visited Dalian Digital Valley for special research and inspection. Dalian Digital Valley attached great importance to this exchange. Li Shu, Deputy Director of the Jinpu New Area Big Data Center; Niu Xiaodan, General Manager of Dalian Detai Digital Valley Bay Development Co., Ltd.; Xin Yankui, Chief Operating Officer of Dalian Detai Supercomputing Technology Co., Ltd.; Wang Baoxin, General Manager of Huazhen Information Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd.; and Zhu Yanxin, Investment Manager of Dalian Detai Digital Valley Bay Development Co., Ltd., jointly participated in the reception.

Park Research: Comprehensively Understanding the Industrial Ecosystem and Platform Advantages

During the research, Niu Xiaodan, General Manager of Dalian Detai Digital Valley Bay Development Co., Ltd., first introduced in detail to the college delegation the industrial positioning and enterprise introduction strategy of Dalian Digital Valley, the construction achievements of the digital public service platform, the construction of the public data operation and circulation system, and combined with typical cases of settled enterprises, systematically demonstrated the park's layout and development advantages in the digital economy field, allowing the college to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the industrial ecosystem and service system of the Digital Valley.

Subsequently, accompanied by Li Shu, Deputy Director of the Jinpu New Area Big Data Center, the college leadership visited the Dalian Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and the Jinpu New Area Industrial Internet Innovation Experience Center, focusing on understanding computing resource allocation and technical architecture, typical application scenarios and achievement transformation cases of digital technology, and conducted on-site exchanges around industry-education integration talent cultivation models, intuitively feeling the park's practical achievements in computing support, industrial application, and talent cultivation.

Symposium Exchange: Focusing on Cooperation Directions, Jointly Discussing Coordinated Development

During the exchange session, Chairperson Yang Ping provided a detailed introduction to the college's practical exploration and development planning in the field of industry-education integration, and put forward specific needs around the entry points for government-enterprise-school collaborative cooperation. She stated that the college hopes to rely on the industrial resources and platform advantages of the Digital Valley, introduce real enterprise projects, industrial scenarios, and high-quality resources, promote the precise docking of talent cultivation with industrial demands, and achieve a virtuous cycle of "promoting education through production and prospering production through education."

Deputy Director Li Shu then provided a detailed introduction to the overall development planning and industrial layout of the Digital Valley park, focusing on explaining the future key development directions of the park in computing infrastructure construction, digital industry aggregation, and public service platform construction, and expressed a strong willingness to deepen cooperation with the college and jointly build an industry-education integration ecosystem.

Both sides conducted in-depth discussions around multiple key areas and initially reached four major cooperation intentions:

Practical Training Base and Curriculum Co-Construction: Relying on the Digital Valley industrial simulation platform, introducing enterprise-level real application scenarios and curriculum resources, supporting dual-qualification teaching and project-based teaching, and simultaneously carrying out junior talent certification. Plans to jointly develop exclusive training courses covering PLC, transmission, and other product lines, and attract enterprises to jointly build production lines, creating a "factory-in-school" practical teaching scenario, and strengthening the cultivation of students' practical operation capabilities.

In-Depth Cooperation in AIGC and Comic Drama Industry: Optimizing the college's already deployed data annotation and AI comic drama production business, accessing the Digital Valley computing center and OPC community resources, and undertaking multi-level industrial orders. Simultaneously introducing industry mentors to carry out special lectures, allowing students togain early exposure to director thinking, action decomposition, tool practical operation, and other combat-oriented content, bridging the connection channel between teaching and industrial application.

Coordinated Layout in Embodied Intelligence and Robot Industry: Around the secondary development of embodied intelligence equipment, high-quality data collection, and model training, cooperating with industry-leading enterprises to jointly build a material (dataset) center. Initially focusing on the cultivation of the robot maintenance ecosystem, gradually building an industry-education integration chain covering "technology research and development — data support — application landing."

Computing Resources and Institution Informatization Co-Construction: Leveraging the computing resource advantages of the Digital Valley to provide low-cost computing support for the college. Taking this cooperation as an entry point, exploring practical paths for the high-quality development of vocational college informatization, and assisting the college in upgrading digital teaching scenarios and smart campus construction.

This research built a three-party linkage cooperation platform among the new district government, Dalian Digital Valley, and the college. Multiple parties reached multiple consensuses around digital industry development and skilled talent cultivation, forming a multi-level and all-round cooperation pattern. In the next step, the college will actively dock with various resources, refine cooperation plans, and vigorously implement measures, making every effort to promote the landing and effectiveness of practical training co-construction, project cooperation, and computing resource sharing. Relying on the collaborative advantages of government, enterprises, and schools, deepening innovative practice in industry-education integration, assisting in the quality upgrading of the regional digital economy industry, and jointly building a new model of government-school-enterprise symbiosis and coordinated development.
