On June 1, Gao Hongyin, Dean of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College of our college, was invited to attend the opening and inauguration ceremony of the Dalian Low-Altitude Intelligence Innovation Center, deeply connecting with Dalian's low-altitude economy industry resources and exploring new pathways for school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation.

The Dalian Low-Altitude Intelligence Innovation Center is a key benchmark project for implementing Dalian's special low-altitude economy planning, rooted in the Jinpu New Area. It integrates five core business segments: aviation science popularization, UAV practical training, low-altitude study tours, science and innovation competition operations, and low-altitude industry talent cultivation. It possesses qualifications to host national, provincial, and municipal-level UAV science and innovation competitions, and serves as a key carrier for the full-industry-chain layout of the low-altitude economy in Northeast China. This aligns highly with our college's established Low-Altitude Economy Industry College and the construction direction of electromechanical majors.

This inauguration ceremony gathered representatives from industry associations, leading enterprises, and higher education institutions from within and outside the province, representing an important opportunity for our college to deepen industry-education integration and connect with local emerging industries. During the event, Dean Gao Hongyin engaged in in-depth discussions with industry experts, leading enterprises, and sister institutions, focusing on collaborative UAV practical training, order-based talent cultivation, joint competition hosting, and the establishment of internship and training bases.

Leveraging the exchange platform built through this inauguration ceremony, our college will, based on the educational characteristics of vocational education and the existing foundation of the Low-Altitude Economy Industry College, closely follow the development wave of Dalian's low-altitude economy industry. It will introduce cutting-edge industry resources into the campus, open up two-way channels for student practical training and employment, continuously improve the low-altitude talent cultivation system, assist in the localization of skilled talent cultivation in the low-altitude sector, and join hands with local enterprises to jointly empower the high-quality development of Dalian's low-altitude industry.
