To deepen the effectiveness of industry-education integration in talent cultivation, broaden channels for students' high-quality internships and employment, and assist students in heading to high-quality enterprise positions and solidifying their career development foundation, on the morning of June 1, the Hengli Group Enterprise Practice Farewell Ceremony of our college's Intelligent Manufacturing Future College was solemnly held in Meeting Room 504 of Building No. 5. Yang Ping, Chairperson of the school board, Yang Jie, President, Gao Chenglin, Executive Vice President, Liu Yangwei, Dean of the Academic Affairs Department, Duan Zhengnan, Dean of the Student Affairs Department, the leadership team of the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College, academic mentor Liang Yuting, all students heading to the enterprise for practice, and counselors attended the ceremony. The event was hosted by Qiao Wenshu, Director of Practical Teaching.

Since the launch of school-enterprise cooperation, our college's Safety Emergency Management and Cryptography Industry College, Intelligent Manufacturing Future College, and Smart City Service Industry College have successively signed employment agreements with Hengli Group, recommending enrolled students to join the enterprise based on merit and demand. To date, the college has cumulatively delivered over 100 outstanding graduates to the enterprise, achieving fruitful results in industry-education integration. Following comprehensive selection through three rounds of enterprise interviews, another 42 students from the Class of 2027 are about to join Hengli Group for practice and employment, covering three majors: Ship Engineering Technology, Electrical Automation Technology, and Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment. This represents a phased achievement in the targeted talent placement between the school and the enterprise.

At the beginning of the event, student representatives heading to Hengli Group for internships and academic mentor Liang Yuting took the stage to speak. The student representatives shared their insights and experiences based on their learning and practical training growth at the college, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the college for building a high-quality school-enterprise employment platform that enabled them to enter industry benchmark enterprises for training and growth. Academic mentor Liang Yuting pointed out that on-the-job internships are a critical link in vocational education connecting the classroom with the workplace, and an important opportunity for students to hone their skills and complete their professional transformation. She encouraged all students to quickly complete their identity transition, strictly abide by enterprise rules and regulations and safety operation standards, diligently study position technologies and deepen professional competencies, and practice the craftsmanship spirit of striving for excellence.

Subsequently, President Yang Jie delivered an important speech. He first extended warm congratulations to all students who were successfully selected for the Hengli Group practice program and are about to head to their positions. He pointed out that vocational education is employment-oriented and centered on industry-education integration, and the college has always focused on industry development needs, proactively connecting with industry-leading enterprises to build high-starting-point, high-quality internship and employment platforms for students. He emphasized that students must remain true to their original professional aspirations, observe professional norms, cultivate a rigorous, pragmatic, and excellence-striving craftsmanship spirit, and face challenges and difficulties in their work with a proactive and enterprising attitude. At the same time, he hoped that students would always cherish a heart of gratitude, remember their teachers' kindness and care for their alma mater, work diligently and meticulously in their positions, continuously enhance their comprehensive capabilities, solidify the foundation for future career development, and strive to realize their self-worth in the industry and write their own youthful chapters of struggle.

The successful holding of this farewell ceremony represents an important achievement of our college in deepening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting students' high-quality internships and employment.
