To optimize classroom teaching, deepen teaching reform, and explore the education model integrating learning and doing, our college carried out a quality classroom observation and teaching research activity. Teachers Yan Yu, Li Chunhua, and Wu Ting successively delivered wonderful demonstration classes, fully demonstrating the college's practice-centered teaching philosophy and classroom characteristics.
Teachers Yan Yu and Li Chunhua jointly conducted nursing teaching for COVID-19 patients. The classroom introduced real cases through anti-pandemic short films, and around three-dimensional teaching objectives, provided detailed explanations of infectious disease isolation, disinfection, specimen collection, and occupational protection. Simultaneously, relying on standardized patients, they carried out practical training for subcutaneous vaccine injection, integrating nosocomial infection prevention and control and aseptic operations into practical training, solidifying students' position safety defense lines and cultivating a profound sense of professional responsibility.

Teacher Wu Ting focused on teaching rehabilitation assessment for spinal cord injury, taking the ASIA International Assessment Standard as the core, and sorting out key and difficult points such as spinal cord injury classification, key muscle segments, and impairment grading. The course combined theoretical explanations with practical assessment, guiding students to accurately determine the neurological injury level, and cultivating rigorous and professional rehabilitation nursing thinking.

This activity adhered to the principles of skills first and student-centeredness, breaking the single theoretical teaching model. The classroom flexibly utilized clinical cases and practical training carriers, effectively stimulating students' learning initiative, assisting them in solidifying professional skills and cultivating professional competence, and also providing an excellent reference for the innovative development of nursing practical training teaching across the entire college.
