At the symposium, Lu Lijun, school-enterprise cooperation manager of Chery University, provided a detailed introduction of Chery Group's industrial strength and talent demands. The group possesses robust industrial scale, with domestic total output value exceeding 600 billion yuan in 2025, and both vehicle production and sales volume and export volume ranking among the industry's forefront, with a complete core industrial chain. In addition, the group has extensive overseas market layout, having established production and R&D bases in multiple countries and regions, with overseas business becoming an important growth segment. Chery University has deeply cultivated the field of industry-education integration for many years, cooperating with over 300 institutions and implementing more than 100 in-depth cooperation projects, creating a mature school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.
Chairperson Yang Ping expressed warm welcome to the Chery University delegation and introduced the school's educational advantages and the group's international layout. The school adheres to an employment-oriented approach, deeply cultivating the development of technical and skilled talents, while also possessing abundant overseas cooperation resources and international cooperation experience, with a large scale of international students. It has established cooperation networks in Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, Spain, and other countries, possessing a solid foundation for cross-border exchanges and international cooperation. She proposed that both sides take the Human Resources Bank as a bond to integrate resources and leverage complementary advantages, opening up two major cooperation segments both domestically and internationally.
