To grasp the on-duty status of nursing major internship students, solidify practical teaching management, and deepen school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, on June 16, Wang Shan, Assistant to the President and Dean of the Nursing Industry College of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology, led a team to visit Dalian Locomotive Hospital to comfort internship students and hold discussion and exchange sessions with the hospital's nursing department.

Clinical internship is a critical stage for nursing majors to combine theory with practice and shape professional competence. The college has long adhered to visiting internship units, dynamically controlling internship teaching quality, and ensuring students' internship growth.

The Director of the Hospital Nursing Department fully affirmed our college's internship students: the students demonstrate strong discipline, arediligent and eager to learn, can quickly adapt to clinical work, and provide patient and responsible nursing services, fully demonstrating the good demeanor of our college's students and recognizing the college's standardized talent cultivation model.
After the meeting, teachers visited various departments to see on-duty students. The students were deeply moved, sharing their internship reflections, praising the hospital's teaching teachers for their meticulous guidance, the well-developed internship platform, and their own abundant gains.

Dean Wang Shan urgedstudents to cherish internship opportunities, strictly observe hospital rules and regulations, diligently study and practice professional skills, balance work and rest, uphold medical professional ethics, and successfully complete internship tasks.
