To fulfill the requirements for high-quality development of modern vocational education, deepen school-enterprise Party building co-construction and industry-education integration, upgrade the mobile classroom teaching model, break down barriers between theoretical teaching and position practice, and achieve precise talent cultivation, on June 17, the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology carried out a Haier Group school-enterprise collaborative practical teaching activity. The college organized 2025 cohort students majoring in Electrical Automation and New Energy Technology to visit the Dalian Haier Refrigerator Manufacturing Center for study and research, and also visited and comforted 2024 cohort order class students conducting on-the-job internships there. Through the parallel approach of study tours and on-the-job practical training, the activity promoted the deepening and solidification of practical education.
The Intelligent Manufacturing Future College consistently adheres to Party building leadership, having established a long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism with the Dalian Haier Refrigerator Manufacturing Center, integrating Party building work into every segment of talent cultivation, curriculum construction, practical training teaching, and internship employment. Combining the cultivation characteristics of students in different grades, it has built a stepped practical education system: conducting enterprise study tours for freshmen to help them understand the industry and positions and establish learning goals; organizing sophomores from order classes for position-based internships to achieve learning for practical application and promoting learning through practice, forming a full closed-loop education model of "cognitive study tour—real-scenario practical training—on-the-job internship—precise employment," effectively resolving issues such as the disconnect between theory and practice and weak student position adaptability.
This activity was led by Party member teachers, integrating ideological and political education and craftsmanship spirit cultivation into the mobile classroom. During the study tour, 2025 cohort students successively visited the digital intelligent production line, industrial robot assembly area, automated inspection workshop, and intelligent operation and maintenance control area. Accompanying teachers, combining professional course content, conducted on-site teaching around knowledge points such as equipment structure, production line operation, and intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, transforming abstract theory into real-scenario teaching and extending the classroom to the production front line.
The study tour team also conducted on-site inspections of the internship status of 2024 cohort students, engaging in in-depth exchanges with enterprise responsible persons and internship students. Currently, 2024 cohort students have become proficient in their position work, independently completing tasks such as production line debugging, equipment operation and maintenance, and process inspection patrols, successfully completing the transformation from students to quasi-employees in the workplace. Senior students, combining their own experiences, shared learning methods, position skill requirements, and career planning with freshmen, helping them clarify their development directions.
This activity allowed 2025 cohort freshmen to experience up close the advanced production models of intelligent manufacturing enterprises, grasp industry development trends, eliminate confusion in professional learning, and cultivate the craftsmanship spirit and the sentiment of serving the country through industry. Students expressed that they will solidly learn theory and diligently practice operational skills, laying a good foundation for future internships and employment. 2024 cohort internship students also stated that they will strictly observe enterprise regulations, humbly study technology, temper professional capabilities, and demonstrate the good demeanor of the college's students.
