To solidly advance the special action of "visiting enterprises and expanding positions to promote employment," broaden graduate employment channels, and deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, on the morning of June 18, Gao Chenglin, Executive Vice President of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology, led a team to Yatai Group for inspection and research. Dalian Yatai Group is a leading enterprise in petrochemical emergency firefighting services in southern Liaoning, possessing first-class fire engineering qualifications. Its business covers full-chain one-stop services including detection, risk assessment, maintenance, and rescue. The company has deep cooperation with large petrochemical central state-owned enterprises such as Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Company and Dalian LNG Receiving Terminal, serving as a core emergency firefighting service provider with rich practical experience and resources. It can provide first-line practical training, combat exercises, and quality employment positions for our college's emergency firefighting major students, serving as a quality carrier for off-campus practice and employment cooperation.

At the investigation site, our college's investigation team conducted on-site visits to the firefighting station of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Company, successively inspecting the firefighting camp area, frontline team members' cafeteria and dormitories, and professional combat training facilities. They checked the allocation of various special rescue equipment and supporting facilities one by one, and systematically understood the enterprise's firefighting team personnel structure, daily management system, regular combat training programs, and frontline position work standards.

After the on-site visits concluded, both school and enterprise sides conducted a special discussion and exchange meeting. Li Yanhua, Deputy General Manager of Yatai Group, on behalf of the enterprise, provided a detailed introduction of the enterprise's development history, business layout, talent echelon construction plans, and annual recruitment needs. Gao Chenglin, Executive Vice President of our college, respectively introduced the school's educational positioning and overall talent cultivation planning, focusing on providing detailed explanations regarding the professional construction of the Safety Emergency Management and Cryptography Industry College and student practical training cultivation models. He stated that the school consistently adheres to optimizing the talent cultivation system with employment as the orientation, hoping to rely on the enterprise's real industrial scenarios and frontline position resources to address the gaps in on-campus practical combat training, precisely match the enterprise's rigid employment demands, fundamentally enhance graduates' employment competitiveness, and achieve seamless docking between student graduation and job placement and school-enterprise talent supply and demand.

This special investigation and position expansion at enterprises represents both a pragmatic initiative by the school to implement employment work tackling tasks and a further opening of two-way communication channels between school and enterprise, building a long-term and regularized school-enterprise cooperation communication platform. Moving forward, our college will take this investigation as an opportunity, grounded in its own professional education and talent cultivation advantages, to precisely align with Yatai Group's industrial resources and position demands, accelerate the implementation and effectiveness of cooperation projects, and assist the school's graduates in achieving higher quality and more sufficient employment.
