On June 28, 2026, the final of the 3rd Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) Industry-Education Integration Curriculum Innovation Case Competition successfully concluded. The competition focused on the innovative development of industry-education integration in vocational education, aiming to promote high-quality curriculum cases that adapt to industrial development and help improve students' abilities. It is an important high-level event for deepening the teaching reform of vocational education.
This competition had a wide coverage of participants and stringent evaluation standards, bringing together many undergraduate institutions, vocational colleges, and leading enterprises from across the country. A total of 165 entries were collected, and after layer-by-layer screening, 19 excellent works finally advanced to the final. The competition attracted a cumulative attention of 1.8 million people online and offline, with extensive industry influence.
In this high-level competition, Li Weihao, a teacher from the Intelligent Manufacturing Future College, led the teaching innovation team to deeply cultivate curriculum reform and focus on industry-education integration. Relying on featured curriculum cases that align with the development of the digital creative industry, they stood out among numerous excellent entries, wonderfully demonstrated innovative ideas for curriculum construction and practical education achievements on site, and won two major honors of the competition at one stroke: the "Special Prize" and the "Best Popularity Award."

Relying on solid competition results and efficient and orderly event preparation, Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology, with its active competition demeanor and standardized organization and coordination work, was awarded the "Best Organization Award" of this competition, fully demonstrating the college's solid foundation and comprehensive strength in teaching innovation event organization and the promotion of industry-education integration teaching reform.
