On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Education Work Committee of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee announced the selection results of advanced grassroots Party organizations in higher education institutions across the province. The Party Branch of the Nursing Industry College of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology was awarded the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in Liaoning Province Higher Education Institutions." This is the first time that a grassroots Party organization of the school has received this honor, achieving a historic breakthrough in the school's Party building work.

Aligning with the regional big health industry development plan, it has established a medical and health care integrated professional cluster, built a 17,000-square-meter provincial comprehensive practical training base, and conducted deep industry-education integration cooperation with multiple renowned hospitals and enterprises including Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Dalian University of Technology Affiliated Central Hospital, and Beijing Royal Group. Relying on intelligent teaching methods such as digital humans and AI teaching assistants, it has achieved full digital coverage of courses, integrating clinical practical training with Red Cross volunteer services to construct a "physical stronghold + digital extension + practical integration" three-in-one education system. It continuously promotes the deep integration of Party building with professional practical training, achieving "bringing the hospital into the campus and integrating Party building into clinical practice." Combining professional advantages with volunteer services, it has formed a Red Cross volunteer service team, regularly carrying out activities such as community free clinics and first aid knowledge popularization, with annual service hours exceeding 3,000. In 2025, the AIDS prevention and control publicity series activities conducted by the service team were reported by the national-level media "China Red Cross Newspaper." Various public welfare activities throughout the year received 6 municipal-level media reports and 1 provincial-level media report. Jointly with local authorities, it carried out coastal cleaning practical activities, creating a "walking ideological and political classroom" to guide students in cultivating feelings for serving the people through social service. The Party Branch took the lead in forming a red publicity team, innovating the "scenario Party class + nursing case" publicity model, with related Party building cases selected into the provincial higher education institutions "Excellent Party Branch Cases" compilation. Under the leadership of Party building, teachers and students have cumulatively won 16 municipal and provincial vocational skills competition awards. The pass rate of the nurse licensing examination has been higher than the provincial average for five consecutive years. The graduate employment rate has remained stable at over 98%, with more than 5,000 nursing talents cultivated cumulatively, becoming an important highland for regional nursing talent delivery.
