To standardize the deployment of teaching work for the new semester and consolidate the foundation of classroom teaching quality, from July 6 to 7, the Nursing Industry College organized all full-time teachers of the Nursing Major and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology Major to hold a special course design reporting meeting for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. Wang Shan, Dean of the Nursing Industry College, attended the meeting to provide guidance. Each course leader gave reports in turn, and Yan Yu, Director of the Teaching and Research Office, commented on each reporting content point by point and put forward optimization opinions.

Dean Wang Shan gave full affirmation to this course design reporting work. She pointed out that courses are the core carrier of talent cultivation, and scientific and sound course design is the key starting point for improving teaching quality. All teachers should conscientiously absorb the revision suggestions put forward at this meeting and finely polish the course implementation plans; closely follow the main line of "post, course, competition, and certificate" integrated education, and integrate the judging standards of skill competitions and the assessment key points of vocational skill certificates into the whole process of daily teaching; coordinate and balance the proportion of theoretical teaching and practical training teaching, steadily promote the implementation and effectiveness of practical operation classrooms, so that the teaching content fits the reality of clinical posts and adapts to students' learning foundation.

Director Yan Yu, centering on the overall goal of professional talent cultivation, gave targeted revision suggestions for each course plan one by one. In view of problems such as unreasonable allocation of class hours in some courses and insufficient alignment between practical training projects and clinical posts, he proposed refined adjustment plans, guiding teachers to further benchmark against clinical post operation standards, enrich classroom practical teaching forms, improve the whole-process assessment and evaluation system, and promote course design to better meet the core requirements of practical education in vocational education.

This course design reporting meeting built an efficient teaching exchange and mutual-learning platform for teachers of the two majors, further improved the core course teaching implementation plans for the new semester, and clearly defined the key points of teaching work in the next stage. In the next step, the Nursing Industry College will continuously grasp course construction and normalized teaching research, deepen the reform of practical teaching, carefully create high-quality classrooms, continuously improve the level of talent cultivation, and deliver more high-quality health-care skilled talents for the health industry.
