As a data annotation industry base officially recognized by the Qingdao municipal government and the leading unit of the Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Data Annotation Alliance, the company has long been deeply engaged in the AI data service track, with nearly 600 in-house full-time annotation professionals and the ability to coordinate and deploy a flexible industry workforce of over 5,000; its business covers six core tracks—intelligent driving, medical image annotation, speech recognition, embodied intelligence, multimodal large models, and educational digitalization—and has long provided standardized and professional data services to leading industry players such as JD.com, iFlytek, and Apple.

After full discussion and consultation, the school and enterprise reached a unified consensus on multi-dimensional in-depth cooperation: First, jointly build an on-campus professional data annotation industry training base. Integrating the College's advantages in venue space and student pool with the company's advantages in project resources and technical platforms, a large-scale, standardized data annotation training workplace will be built on campus, creating a regional AI data talent cultivation hub and an industrial supporting service carrier. Second, establish a long-term mechanism for integrated collaborative education. Promote the comprehensive embedding of the company's real industrial projects into the full process of professional courses and practical training teaching, implement a new industry-education integration model of "teaching synchronized with production, training equivalent to on-the-job work," hone students' practical skills through real industrial scenarios, and broaden high-quality employment channels for graduates. Third, expand the boundaries of multi-track collaborative innovation cooperation.
