Recently, the list of teams advancing from the preliminary round of the 25th National Robot Competition for College Students — ROBOTAC Digital Simulation Challenge was officially announced. This is a high-level national academic competition open to full-time graduate, undergraduate, vocational-college, and international students still enrolled as of June 2026; the Liaoning regional competition was organized by the Liaoning China Vocational Education Association.

After more than two months of intensive preparation and fierce competition, our students performed excellently, with a total of 11 teams successfully advancing — making our College the institution with the most advancing teams in Northeast China and the vocational college with the most advancing teams nationwide. The preliminary round attracted a large and diverse pool of universities, including many well-known domestic institutions, with numerous '985' and '211' universities competing on the same stage, presenting overall strong and highly capable opponents. On the arena where graduate, undergraduate, and vocational-college students competed together, our students stood out with their solid professional foundations and outstanding practical abilities, fully demonstrating the demeanor and competitiveness of vocational-college students in the new era.

Behind these excellent results lies a vivid manifestation of the College's long-standing educational philosophy of 'promoting teaching through competition, promoting learning through competition, and integrating competition with teaching.' The College has always integrated scenario-based and practical teaching throughout the entire talent-cultivation process, relying on real equipment and real projects to transform competition standards and engineering cases into classroom content and training tasks, enabling students to 'learn by doing and practice by learning,' continuously improving their engineering practice abilities and innovative application capabilities. This advancement is powerful proof of the College's teaching achievements being translated onto the competition stage.

The clarion call of the national finals has sounded. We look forward to the advancing students maintaining their high spirits, preparing seriously and responding calmly, striving for further success in the national finals, bringing glory to the College and honor to Liaoning!
