For traditional manufacturing enterprises, how to leverage AI to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and achieve transformation and upgrading has become a core issue bearing on future development. On August 16, a delegation of employee representatives from Dalian Yihai Packaging Co., Ltd. came to our college to participate in a special 'Digital Employee AI Empowerment' training course. Co-planned by the college and the enterprise, the course aims to empower enterprise development through AI technology, help the company proactively embrace the wave of intelligence, and explore new paths for the digital transformation of the packaging industry.

In the AI-empowerment course segment, the session was chaired by Alex, Group General Manager and Vice President of the college. Vice President Alex first extended a warm welcome to the Dalian Yihai Packaging Co., Ltd. delegation and noted that this course is an important measure for the college to deepen industry-education integration and serve enterprise development. Subsequently, Xue Fei, Minister of the Brand Development Department, delivered an excellent empowerment training for the participants. Centered on the two core themes of 'Agent Technology and Applications' and 'Hands-on Digital Employee,' the training began with the basic use of mainstream AI platforms and gradually guided participants to approach agents and understand digital employees. Combining the enterprise's real business scenarios, Minister Xue used typical cases across multiple dimensions to vividly demonstrate how AI integrates into daily office work — from automated document processing and one-click generation of data dashboards, to the rapid setup of work-plan boards, and on to the intelligent management of customer profiles and order information. One tangible, hands-on, implementable demonstration after another gave the Yihai colleagues a fresh perspective. They genuinely felt that the 'Digital Employee' is no longer an abstract concept but an accessible new kind of work partner. The participants listened attentively and seriously, from time to time interacting with the instructor on practical problems in their own positions, creating a strong on-site learning atmosphere.

In the afternoon exchange session, the two sides actively explored practical problems in the enterprise's production and operations. Addressing the specific pain points of the packaging industry in order management, data processing, and daily office work, Minister Xue answered questions one by one and gave on-site demonstrations, providing the enterprise delegates with practical solution pathways.
