Nourishing the heart with courtesy, fulfilling promises through action. To comprehensively enhance the professional competence and service etiquette of property-service personnel and build a warm, high-quality campus service team, from August 12 to 13, the 'Courtesy Nourishes the Heart · Guarding the Kind' property-staff etiquette enhancement training — planned and hosted by the Smart City Service Industry College and co-organized by the Dual-Campus General Property Management Center — was successfully held. Trainees from the Dual-Campus General Property Management Center gathered together for a two-day empowerment and refinement journey, turning learning into action and practice into quality, jointly embarking on an in-depth learning journey about the original aspiration of service and professional image.

At the opening mobilization session, Alex, General Manager of Xinyangshengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. and Vice President of the college, delivered the mobilization speech, officially launching the training. Drawing on the development trends of vocational education and industry needs, Vice President Alex introduced the strategic layout and developmental advantages of the group's education sector, and briefly outlined the college's achievements in program development, faculty cultivation, industry-education integration, and practical training for talent nurturing. He pointed out that property services bear on campus quality and the experience of teachers and students, and hoped that all trainees would cherish this empowerment opportunity, engage in learning with an open and humble mindset, polish details to real-combat standards, and transform what they gained into genuine daily-service capability, jointly polishing the service brand of the Maple Leaf campus.

August 12 focused on group empowerment and foundational development. The morning opened with quality-expansion icebreakers, as the dual-campus teams rapidly blended and closed the distance between them through interactive games; this was followed by a series of courses on group culture, professional-image standards, and smart-office collaboration, closely aligned with actual job needs, helping trainees consolidate fundamentals, unify standards, and build consensus.

August 13 focused on etiquette refinement and hands-on drill. After the team-expansion activities, the training offered core courses on the 5S service philosophy and general service etiquette. Through scenario simulation and on-site drills, it guided trainees to deepen trust and build synergy through communication, coordination, and breakthroughs, truly internalizing etiquette norms in the heart and externalizing them in action.

At the completion ceremony, Jin Xiaohui, Deputy Party Secretary of the college, exchanged cordially with the trainees and offered remarks under the theme 'Saluting the Guardians of the Campus.' Secretary Jin pointed out that property services are not merely a profession but a front line of education, where every word and action is presented to the students; infusing love into the small matters of sweeping and repairs is the most unadorned embodiment of 'broad-based ideological-political education.' The difficulty lies in sustained effort, embedding standards in the heart. He encouraged everyone to keep light in their eyes and love in their hearts, uphold an upward and kind 'great love,' take 'serving teachers and students' as the foundation, and treat the college as home.

Courtesy nourishes the heart; guarding the kind. The college will continuously advance the development of its property-service team. The General Property Management Center will safeguard the campus with more professional, warm, and kind services, making civility and etiquette the warmest backdrop of the Maple Leaf campus.
