Visiting Enterprises to Expand Employment and Foster Exchange; School and Enterprise Join Hands to Chart a New Chapter — Wenzhou Ruijin Hotel Group Visits Our College for a Tour and Discussion

To deepen industry-education integration, broaden internship and employment channels, and advance school-enterprise collaborative education, Ye Junli, General Manager of Wenzhou Ruijin Hotel Group, visited Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology for a tour and exchange. Gao Hongyin, Deputy General Manager of Xinyangshengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. and Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology, received the guest.

Accompanied by Dean Gao Hongyin, General Manager Ye toured the college's various secondary schools, the campus environment, and the China Vocational Education Association History Museum, gaining a first-hand understanding of the college's educational conditions, talent cultivation efforts, and vocational education initiatives, and experiencing up close the college's educational atmosphere and distinctive character.

After the tour, the two sides moved to a meeting room for discussions. At the meeting, Dean Gao Hongyin introduced the college's academic program development, student training model, and the general situation of graduates' internships and employment. He expressed the hope of leveraging the enterprise's high-quality industry resources to deepen cooperation in talent supply, internships and practical training, and on-the-job practice, so as to achieve complementary strengths between school and enterprise.

General Manager Ye Junli introduced the development scale, industrial layout, and talent needs of Wenzhou Ruijin Hotel Group, expressed his recognition of the college's talent cultivation philosophy, and looked forward to building a stable school-enterprise cooperation platform to attract the college's outstanding students for internships and employment at the enterprise, jointly creating a two-way talent cultivation channel.

This visit and discussion built a bridge of communication between the school and the enterprise, laying a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation going forward. In the future, our college will continue to advance its initiatives to visit enterprises and expand employment, connect with high-quality enterprise resources, and empower students with high-quality internships and employment.
