To thoroughly implement the national strategy for industry-education integration, seize the development opportunities of the digital cultural economy, and steadily advance the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the cultural and creative industries, on August 18, Alex, General Manager of Xinyangshengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. and Vice President of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology, visited Poly Culture Entertainment in Beijing to conduct a special investigation and business exchange.

Wang Fangyue, General Manager of the Innovation Business Unit of Poly Culture Entertainment, Zhang Tengji, Project Director, and Cui Kai, Head of Business Development, accompanied the visit and research throughout. The two sides held in-depth discussions on key areas such as AI-driven animation industry innovation, industrialized short-drama production, targeted talent cultivation, artist incubation, and joint project development, and reached a comprehensive cooperation intention.

During the visit, Alex and his delegation toured Poly Culture Entertainment's digital cultural-creative R&D scenarios, AI content production system, full-process short-drama production base, and artist incubation and operation platform. They systematically learned about Poly Culture Entertainment's industrial layout and practical achievements in fields such as original IP development, industrialized mass production of digital content, and film and television talent cultivation, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry's frontier dynamics and enterprise operating models, laying a foundation for precise matching between the two sides and the implementation of cooperation.

During the symposium, General Manager Alex introduced the overall strategic layout and core industry directions of Xinyangshengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The group currently focuses on expanding digital and physical industries such as AI anime short-drama creation, AI data annotation, and robotic embodied-intelligence data collection. It has established standardized production processes, a mature project operation system, large-scale training capacity, and stable upstream and downstream industry resources, and possesses the comprehensive capability to undertake key cultural-creative projects and carry out industrialized talent cultivation. Its talent cultivation system integrates systematic cognitive training with the theory of skill transfer, emphasizing knowledge construction and capability transformation in real industrial scenarios.

General Manager Alex also highlighted the educational strength of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology. The college enjoys the advantages of the "Double-High" specialty cluster development in Liaoning Province. Its backbone specialty clusters—such as Digital Media Technology and Animation Production Technology—are mature in development, with a strong faculty and a well-established training system. The college's talent cultivation directions and curriculum align closely with Poly Culture Entertainment's business areas such as AI anime creation, digital short-drama production, and content innovation R&D, providing a solid foundation for the organic connection of training instruction, industrial projects, and talent supply.

The team of the Innovation Business Unit of Poly Culture Entertainment fully affirmed the group's industrial layout, physical operation capabilities, and the college's educational achievements. Both sides agreed that AI technology is profoundly reshaping the cultural-creative industry ecosystem, and that market demand for specialized, practice-oriented cultural-creative production, directing, and performing talents continues to grow. With complementary resources, mutually integrated strengths, and a high degree of alignment in their tracks, the two sides have a foundation for long-term, in-depth, and sustainable cooperation.

After in-depth consultation, the two sides formally established a strategic cooperation framework and clarified four key cooperation directions to advance in the future:

First, jointly build a specialized AI anime short-drama training system that leverages the enterprise's technological resources and the college's teaching strengths, innovates the training model, and cultivates AI cultural-creative skilled talents with a foundation in systematic cognitive training;

Second, jointly carry out AI anime and digital short-drama project production and commercial incubation, bringing real industrial projects into the campus and the classroom, and promoting the acquisition of professional skills and capability transfer through project-driven learning;

Third, collaboratively cultivate a reserve of promising new directors, building an integrated training-practice-employment cultivation channel to systematically support the orderly transformation of talent from professional cognition to vocational competence;

Fourth, jointly explore and systematically cultivate high-quality new artists, improving the full-chain incubation system for cultural-creative talent and providing a continuous and stable talent supply for industry development.

This strategic cooperation with Poly Culture Entertainment is an important measure for the group to deepen its digital cultural-creative industrial layout and expand its cooperation map, and also a key step for the college to deepen industry-education integration and connect with high-quality industry resources by relying on its "Double-High" specialty clusters.

In the next step, the two sides will accelerate the refinement of the cooperation implementation plan, steadily advance project implementation, and continuously build a positive cycle of "industry empowering education, education cultivating talent, and talent supporting industry," so as to boost the development of new-quality cultural-creative industries through school-enterprise collaboration and effectively improve students' training quality and employability.
