In September, the 2026 China International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition (CIEME) Talent Development Exchange Activity, the Conference on the Integrated Development of the Human Resources Service Industry and Key Industries, and the Conference on the Integration of Industry and Education and the Collaborative Development of Government, Schools, and Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the 'China Talent Expo') opened. The conference lasted four days and featured three key activities and three themed exhibitions. Gao Hongyin, Dean of our college's Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, was invited to attend.

During the conference, one dialogue drew particular attention: on September 2, the main-venue conference was held at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center. Leaders of national industry associations and responsible comrades from provincial, municipal, and district authorities attended and delivered speeches; more than 300 guests from well-known enterprises, universities, research institutes, and little-giant enterprises participated, with over 20 institutions exhibiting. Under the theme 'Open Cooperation, Integrated Innovation,' the atmosphere at the venue was solemn and warm.

At the conference, Gao Hongyin, Dean of our college's Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, stated that this edition placed enterprise needs and institutional supply at the same table for precise matching — pragmatic and efficient, and a tangible push for the deep integration of Liaoning's vocational education and industry. As a private college, relying on its group's industry resources, it has consistently upheld the educational philosophy of 'building majors along the industry chain and setting classrooms on the production line'; it also implements the teaching models of 'scenario-based education' and 'stepping out of the classroom into the factory and returning to the classroom with questions in hand,' letting students grow in real environments. In the next step, the college will continue to root its educational foundation in the soil of regional industry, contributing 'Maple Leaf strength' to the delivery of more high-quality technical and skilled talents.

From one dialogue to a platform. This invitation to attend is both recognition of our college's practice of integrating industry and education and another departure in the college's continuous effort to open its doors and step into industry. Taking this dialogue as a new starting point, the college will continue to leverage the flexible mechanisms of a private college, building the bridge between 'industry' and 'education' steadier and longer.
