To deepen inter-college cooperation in vocational education, draw on high-quality schooling experience, and empower the upgrading of talent cultivation and employment, on September 15, Lu Yuling, Vice President of Chaoyang Vocational and Technical College, accompanied by Li Wanquan, Director of the Admissions and Employment Office, and Chen Liang, Deputy Director, visited our college for a tour and exchange. Yang Ping, Chair of the Board of our college, Gao Chenglin, Executive Vice President, and Gao Hongyin, Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, extended a warm reception. The two sides held in-depth discussions on core work such as innovation in vocational-education schooling, implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, program development, and admissions and employment.

The visiting delegation successively toured the core areas of our college, including the practical training base, industry colleges, and teaching facilities at the Qidingshan Campus, and conducted a detailed inspection of our schooling hardware, teaching environment, and practical training system. Our college leverages standardized training scenarios, intelligent teaching equipment, an AI-powered smart education system, and an international education footprint to build distinctive industry colleges such as Medical and Nursing, Smart City, and Digital Economy, as well as an industry-education integration and school-enterprise jointly built practical training and education model, which earned high recognition from the visiting delegation.

During the discussion, the two sides, grounding themselves in the new landscape of vocational education development, candidly exchanged views on schooling challenges and development ideas. Our college highlighted its practical achievements and innovative measures in deep school-enterprise integration, order-based talent cultivation, AI empowerment of faculty teaching, international student education, and high-quality graduate employment. On key issues such as optimization of higher-vocational program development, implementation of practical training teaching, building of the employment system, and expansion of admissions channels, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions, shared experiences, and worked to resolve practical difficulties in schooling and education.

This inter-college exchange built a high-quality platform for vocational-education mutual access, broke down barriers to inter-college development, and realized experience sharing and complementary strengths. In the future, our college will continue to uphold the philosophy of open schooling, deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative education, continuously optimize the talent cultivation system, strengthen inter-college joint building, and pool the synergy of vocational-education development, so as to keep raising the quality of schooling and the level of employment services, and fully cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel suited to industrial development and equipped with an international perspective, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of regional vocational education.
