On September 20, the 2026 National Finals of the National Higher Education Institutions Digital-Intelligent Enterprise Management Sand Table Competition came to a successful close. Relying on their solid professional competence, outstanding digital-intelligence thinking, and close teamwork, students of the Smart City Service Industry College won a national third prize. Our college also became the only private higher vocational college in Liaoning Province to receive an award, fully demonstrating the college's solid achievements in digital-intelligence talent cultivation and the youthful dynamism of its students striving to excel.

This competition is a Category A authoritative event listed in the National College Student Competition Ranking. Guided and organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, it featured high standards, strong specialization, and broad coverage. Relying on a digital-intelligence training platform, the competition recreated real business scenarios such as enterprise digital operations, financial control, production coordination, and human-resource allocation, comprehensively assessing students' strategic decision-making, digital-intelligence application, team operations, and emergency response capabilities. It serves as a core benchmark event for evaluating the practical teaching quality of digital-intelligence management and finance-commerce programs in higher education institutions. The national finals brought together 110 top teams from across the country to compete on the same stage, with fierce rivalry and rigorous challenges.

On the competition field, our college's team—composed of four students, Yin Qi, Meng Lu, Zhang Yuhan, and Lou Ying—responded with composure, made precise judgments, and exercised scientific decision-making, delivering a steady performance to win a third prize at the national finals. Behind this eye-catching result lies the unremitting perseverance of both teachers and students in dedicated practice, and a vivid embodiment of the college's educational philosophy of 'promoting teaching through competition, promoting learning through competition, and promoting training through competition.'

To prepare for the national finals, the college attached great importance to the effort and made overall arrangements, organizing the participating students for closed-door intensive training. College leaders coordinated and directed the entire process, and instructors provided round-the-clock precise guidance, targeted at refining the competition strategy and team collaboration model. The participating students devoted themselves wholeheartedly to practical preparation, repeatedly conducting simulation exercises and review summaries, and continuously optimizing their competition plan. Through high-intensity training, they consolidated their professional foundation and honed their practical capabilities, successfully breaking out from the provincial competition to win honor at the national finals.

This award confirms the fruitful results of the college's practice-based education and digital-intelligence teaching reform. In the future, the college will closely follow the development trends of the digital-intelligence industry and market talent demands, improve its integrated 'teaching + practical training + competition' education system, empower talent cultivation through competitions, and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel for the development of the regional digital-intelligence industry.
