To seize the development opportunities of the artificial intelligence industry, implement Liaoning Province's 'Implementation Plan for the Cultivation and Development of AI OPC (2026-2028),' and empower talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education, the Liaoning Young Entrepreneurs' AI New Growth Conference was recently held successfully at the Dalian Bangchuidao State Guesthouse. Hosted by the Liaoning Young Entrepreneurs Association and organized by the Dalian Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Association, the conference brought together young entrepreneurs, university representatives, and technical experts in the AI field from across the province to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as the new OPC (One-Person Company) solo-entrepreneurship model, the deployment of AI technologies, and school-enterprise collaborative education. Facilitated by iSoftStone Education, the leadership teams of Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology and the iSoftStone Digital Intelligence Industry College were invited to attend as a group. Ellis, General Manager of the Group and Vice President of the College, Wang Jiayu, Dean of the iSoftStone Digital Intelligence Industry College, and others attended the conference, and signed the cooperation agreement for the Alibaba Qingcheng Plan Tmall Campus OPC Entrepreneurship Practice Base on site. Our college thus became the first partner institution of Tmall Campus OPC in the Dalian area.
Under the theme 'OPC Innovation Ecosystem Ignites New Wisdom, Young Entrepreneurs Unite for the Future,' the conference closely followed the national 'AI+' action and the requirements for cultivating new quality productive forces, interpreting Liaoning Province's OPC entrepreneurship support policies and sharing cutting-edge entrepreneurship practice cases in the AI era. At the conference, experts from enterprises including the person in charge of Alibaba's Tmall Campus OPC project, Kunming Intelligence, and Zhenli Technology delivered themed presentations on frontier directions such as the 'One-Person Company + AI' entrepreneurship model, AI digital employees, and industrial large models; multiple young entrepreneurship mentors and investors participated in a roundtable dialogue, jointly exploring implementation pathways for AI-empowered industrial transformation and the cultivation of young innovative and entrepreneurial talent.
During the signing session, our college and Hangzhou Tmall Campus Technology Service Co., Ltd. formally signed the cooperation agreement for the Alibaba Qingcheng Plan Tmall Campus OPC Entrepreneurship Practice Base on site. The base will be located at the Group's Data Annotation Industry Base on our Qidingshan Campus, leveraging the existing foundations of data collection and data annotation businesses to build an OPC entrepreneurship practice and education platform. At present, the Data Annotation Industry Base on the college's Qidingshan Campus has steadily carried out embodied data collection, data annotation, and AI animation short-drama businesses, accumulating mature experience in AI basic data production, project operation, and student practical training. This jointly built OPC entrepreneurship practice base will further upgrade the existing business system, and, relying on Alibaba's platform resources and combined with the foundation of the iSoftStone Digital Intelligence Industry College, integrate the new OPC entrepreneurship model into professional teaching, carry out AI entrepreneurship training, digital business practice, and innovation and entrepreneurship project incubation for enrolled students, lower the threshold for students' entrepreneurial practice, cultivate applied talent that meets the needs of the digital economy industry, and advance industry-education integration in both depth and substance.
Vice President Ellis stated during the conference exchange that the core of talent cultivation lies in vocational education keeping close to the industrial frontier. As a new form of entrepreneurial organization in the AI era, OPC is highly compatible with the innovation and entrepreneurship education of vocational colleges. This on-site signing is an important step for the college to deepen industry-education integration and advance the upgrading of its digital disciplines. The management team of the iSoftStone Digital Intelligence Industry College attending the conference also exchanged and connected with the visiting enterprise guests on topics such as AI talent cultivation, the joint building of training scenarios, student entrepreneurship incubation, and the implementation of data-industry projects. Going forward, the college will use the OPC entrepreneurship practice base as a carrier, linking the resources of the iSoftStone Digital Intelligence Industry College and the Data Annotation Industry Base on the Qidingshan Campus, to connect the education chain of platform, technology, scenario, and talent; relying on its mature data collection and annotation businesses, it will introduce frontier AI entrepreneurship scenarios onto campus, guide students to embrace the new track of the digital economy, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talent with both professional competence and innovative thinking, and serve the new breakthrough in Liaoning's comprehensive revitalization.
