Training Room Consumables Meeting — Our College Holds the Review Meeting on Procurement of Facilities, Equipment and Consumables for Practical Training Rooms for the Second Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year

On the afternoon of January 8, 2025, in order to promote the comprehensive upgrading and optimization of teaching facilities and closely meet the practical needs of practical teaching in various teaching units, the Academic Affairs and Scientific Research Office organized a review meeting on the procurement of facilities, equipment and consumables for practical training rooms in the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year in Conference Room 504, Building 5, Qidingshan Campus.

The review team was composed of Chu Jinmei, Director of the Academic Affairs and Scientific Research Office, Liu Yangwei, Director of the Academic Committee Office, Chen Lili and Tong Wenge, members of the Academic Committee, Wang Yingqi, Director of the Procurement and Assets Department, Liu Lidan and Liu Jiabao, persons in charge of the Finance Department. Directors of all teaching units and teachers in charge of projects attended the review meeting, relevant teachers in charge of the Technical School participated online, and the meeting was presided over by Qu Ling, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs and Scientific Research Office.








This meeting involved applications for the procurement of facilities, equipment and consumables for a total of 10 practical training rooms, including the Fitter Practical Training Room of the Department of Intelligent Equipment and Information, the Surgical Nursing Practical Training Room and Pediatric Practical Training Room of the Nursing Industry College, as well as the Electronic Circuit Installation and Debugging Practical Training Room and the Comprehensive Practical Training Room for Programmable Logic Controller and Its Application of the Technical School. Combined with actual teaching situations, each project leader gave a comprehensive explanation on the necessity, usage quantity, equipment parameters, price and investment benefits of the purchase, and focused on demonstrating the newly added equipment and consumables, aiming to lay a solid foundation for improving teaching quality and optimizing practical training conditions.

After the project leaders finished their reports, all members of the review team raised targeted questions around the key points of the reports, aiming to deeply explore the details and practical feasibility of the project applications. They conducted a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation and review of the projects from multiple dimensions, such as the urgent needs of project construction, the rationality of planning content, the scientificity and advancement of instrument and equipment procurement, the effective utilization rate of practical training rooms, and the degree of help to students' professionalism.

In her speech, Chu Jinmei, Director of the Academic Affairs and Scientific Research Office, stated that the procurement projects would be carried out in strict accordance with the college's procurement management regulations and relevant procurement systems to ensure their openness, fairness and impartiality. She emphasized that the procurement of practical training room facilities, equipment and consumables should not only meet current teaching needs, but also focus on the future to provide stronger support for talent training and scientific research.

    The holding of this procurement review meeting not only provides a strong guarantee for the construction of the college's practical training rooms, but also lays a solid foundation for improving teaching quality and students' practical abilities. The college will continue to devote itself to the scientific and reasonable allocation of practical training room facilities, equipment and consumables, optimize the layout structure, strictly control the introduction standards, emphasize performance management to avoid inefficient and repetitive construction, and promote the high-quality development of the college.
