To comprehensively enhance the comprehensive quality of young student cadres and strengthen mutual exchange among
assistant counselors, on
July 13, our college held the
2023 Assistant Counselor Training and Opening Ceremony of the Young Marxists Training Project in Classroom 409, Teaching Building No. 4.
Gao Chenglin, Director of Student Affairs/Security Office,
Xu Fenglong, Vice President of
Dalian Xingang Customs Technical School,
Wang Bo, Secretary of the College Youth League Committee, as well as
51 student cadres and assistant counselor candidates attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by
Yang Jing, clerk of the College Youth League Committee.
Secretary Wang Bo of the College Youth League Committee announced the training plan and the two-day training curriculum arrangement. This training will provide explanations through ten sessions covering
safety education,
emergency incident handling,
how to effectively conduct academic atmosphere construction, and other topics, comprehensively enhancing the
ideological and political quality,
educational capacity, and
work level of assistant counselors.
Zhang Heng, a student from
Class 3, Grade 22 Digital Media, spoke as the student representative. Zhang Heng expressed that participating in this training is an honor and even more a responsibility. During the upcoming training process, he will definitely listen attentively, study hard, successfully pass the assessment, and live up to the support of fellow students and the expectations of teachers.
Through this training, student cadres clarified their role positioning, work requirements, and responsibilities, and it also played an important role in clarifying class management thinking for assistant counselors. The trainees gained a deeper understanding of
Young Marxism and were helped to deeply comprehend the core essence, accurately grasp the spiritual essence, achieve thorough understanding and integration, enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, and become
all-round developed Young Marxists.
