To thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and to effectively align thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's decision-making and deployment, Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology successively held thematic publicity and implementation activities on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session at its Qidingshan Campus on November 21st and Daheishi Campus on November 24th. Wei Xiaofeng, Secretary of the College Party Committee, attended the meetings. All faculty and student Party members and active applicants for Party membership gathered at the venues to listen and study attentively.

The Qidingshan Campus session was lectured by Niu Zongnan from the Marxism School, while the Daheishi Campus specially invited Ma Yiming from the Marxism School to deliver thematic guidance. Closely focusing on the core essence of the Fourth Plenary Session, they systematically interpreted its significant practical and far-reaching historical importance, and provided in-depth explanations of the brilliant achievements, valuable experiences, and future strategic deployments summarized by the Session. The content possessed both theoretical depth and practical guidance.

This publicity and implementation activity sparked strong reactions among faculty and students. Participants unanimously agreed that the lecture content was systematic, comprehensive, and highlighted key points, clarifying both theoretical logic and practical pathways, effectively enhancing political stance and ideological understanding. Faculty Party members expressed that they would integrate the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session throughout the entire process of teaching, research, and talent cultivation, practice their educational mission based on their positions, devote themselves to educational and teaching practice with greater enthusiasm and more pragmatic work styles, and contribute to cultivating well-rounded socialist builders and successors with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education.
