Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology 2026 Admissions Brochure

Dalian Maple Leaf College of Technology is a full-time higher vocational institution approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. The college is affiliated with Xinyang Shengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd.Established in 2005, the college currently operates two campuses— Daheishi and Qidingshan—with a combined capacity of over 20,000 students and a faculty and staff of more than 1,000. Presently, the college offers more than 40 majors in high demand and popular fields.
The Qidingshan Campus, located in Dalian Jinpu New Area—China's tenth national economic development zone—serves as the core engine of the college's strategic development. It is accelerating its progress in accordance with the "Four-Step" construction plan.
Phase I was completed and put into operation in September 2024, covering 170 acres with 117,000 square meters of modern intelligent buildings. Phase II is currently under construction. Phase III will focus on the Changdao Project, spanning 1,300 acres, which will feature an emergency experience center and an entertainment and wellness base, creating an innovative development model integrating "industry-education integration with wellness tourism."
Guided by the core principles of digitalization, intelligence, and informatization, the campus utilizes an IoT perception system to build a fully interconnected smart foundation. Leveraging 5G-enabled smart classrooms, it creates immersive educational environments. Simultaneously, the campus is establishing a national-level study and practice demonstration base. As the nation's first vocational education park themed around industry colleges, it has partnered with the Ministry of Emergency Management, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and leading enterprises to co-build industry colleges. This has formed a vocational education ecosystem integrating talent cultivation, technology research and development, and social services, dedicated to becoming a national model for vocational education reform and innovation.


Important Notes for Applicants
Candidates admitted through independent enrollment or registered enrollment enjoy the same treatment as those admitted through the national college entrance examination in terms of tuition fees, employment, undergraduate upgrading, and graduation certificates.
Candidates not admitted may normally participate in the 2026 Liaoning Provincial Unified Enrollment Examination for Regular Higher Education Institutions.

First-class grant: 4,800 yuan per person per year.

Military Enlistment Policy
Students may enlist in the military during their studies, enjoying government subsidies, tuition compensation, and military allowances totaling no less than 180,000 yuan.


Nursing Industry College
The Nursing Industry College has built a health and wellness professional cluster centered on medical care, elderly care, and childcare services, comprising seven core majors: Nursing, Midwifery, Smart Health and Elderly Care Services Management, Infant and Toddler Care Services Management, Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology, Medical Cosmetology Technology, and Vision Training and Rehabilitation.
The college possesses a 17,000-square-meter provincial-level vocational skills training demonstration base integrating education and clinical practice, consisting of a medical center, teaching and training center, and assessment training center, providing students with simulated training and real-world practical operations.
The college actively expands school-enterprise cooperation channels, signing cooperation agreements with multiple medical institutions including Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Dalian Central Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University of Technology, the 968th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the 79th Group Army Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the 966th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and Shenyang Weikang Hospital, jointly building practice bases and cultivating nursing talents.

The college closely aligns with the national low-altitude economy development strategy, focusing on low-altitude industry job demands, targeting core tracks of UAV low-altitude operations and urban air traffic management, and dedicating efforts to building a national-level industry-education integration highland. It offers four majors: UAV Application Technology, Industrial Internet Technology, Intelligent Robotics Technology, and Virtual Reality Technology Application. The college is equipped with professional practical training platforms with full equipment coverage, constructing a "indoor simulation + outdoor real-scenario" dual-track practical training model. It also features UAV R&D centers and maintenance centers as practical training workshops, implementing an integrated "learning-simulation-practice" cultivation model, achieving seamless "employment upon graduation," providing talent support and technology empowerment for the development of the low-altitude industry in Northeast China.


Safety Emergency Management and Cryptography Industry College
The college consistently adheres to the distinctive educational tenet of "Closely Following Needs, Industry-Education Integration, Talent Cultivation as Foundation, and Innovative Development." With professional construction as the core, it deeply aligns with national strategies and industry demands, continuously injecting development momentum into the safety emergency management and cryptography application industries.
In the safety emergency field, upon recommendation by the National Center for School Planning, Construction and Development of the Ministry of Education and with the approval of the Ministry of Emergency Management, the college offers two core majors: Emergency Rescue Technology and Fire Rescue Technology, becoming the first university in China invited to be stationed in the Ministry of Emergency Management Safety Tower. In May 2024, the college was invited to participate in the video connection event for the launch ceremony of the 23rd National "Safety Production Month" on May 31st, representing Liaoning Province, Dalian City, and schools at all levels nationwide, receiving full affirmation and high praise from Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, the General Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Education, and leaders at all levels of the Liaoning Provincial Government.
In the cryptography application technology field, the college actively responds to national cryptography industry development and talent cultivation demands. As one of the first universities in the province to offer the Cryptography Technology Application major, it builds the Cryptography Technology Application and Computer Network Technology professional teaching system with high starting points, high standards, and high requirements, strengthening high-level cryptography talent cultivation capabilities. It innovatively creates a "1 industry-education integration demonstration base + 3 major technology collaborative innovation bases + N leading enterprises" physical operation ecosystem, building a 500-square-meter immersive e-commerce incubation base, equipped with cutting-edge media equipment including 8K VR panoramic live streaming rooms, AI virtual anchor systems, and big data product selection centers, allowing the education chain and industrial chain to resonate at the same frequency. Students here engage in "real combat" live streaming sales, with enterprise mentors and on-campus "dual mentors" guiding simultaneously on screen, real-time undertaking brand outsourcing projects, with traffic, sales volume, and teaching volume soaring simultaneously. China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd.
A centrally-administered mega state-owned enterprise under direct central government management, originating in 1955, with assets of approximately 1.4 trillion yuan and 180,000 employees. In 2024, it ranked in the Fortune Global 500. Its nuclear power operation WANO full-score unit ratio has ranked first globally for three consecutive years, with total installed nuclear power capacity in operation and under construction ranking first domestically and second globally. New energy controllable installed capacity exceeds 100 million kilowatts.


Unitree Robotics
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Hangzhou, it is a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. Focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of legged and humanoid robots, it has built a dual-track product system. The quadruped robot Go series and B series cover consumer and industrial scenarios, with sales exceeding 50,000 units in 2024. Humanoid robots G1 and H1 target scientific research and high-end industrial fields. Through full-stack self-developed core components to reduce costs and increase efficiency, it serves 50 countries globally with the "B2B customization + B2C consumption" model, applied in scenarios including inspection and education.

The 966th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army
Originally established in April 1947 as the affiliated hospital of the Liaodong Military Region Health Department. In March 1956, it was renamed the Chinese People's Volunteer Army General Hospital. In December 1959, it was renamed the 230th Hospital of the People's Liberation Army. In November 2018, it was reorganized as the 966th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force. Located at No. 19 Shijing Street, Zhenxing District, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, it is a Grade III Class A hospital.


Shenyang Railway Bureau Dalian Passenger Transport Section

Established on September 2, 1992, and officially commenced operations in October 1997. It is a core enterprise in ship repair and conversion, offshore engineering conversion and construction, and special vessel construction. Its business scope is extensive, covering ship repair, shipbuilding, new energy technology development, and other fields. The company emphasizes technological innovation, being the first enterprise in the shipbuilding industry to pass the intelligent manufacturing capability maturity Level III standard certification.
