On March 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the AI History Museum of China Vocational Education Association was solemnly held at the Qidingshan Campus of Dalian Maple Leaf Vocational and Technical College. This landmark event fully demonstrates the college’s firm steps and proactive efforts in the cultural development of vocational education.

The AI History Museum of China Vocational Education Association consists of six exhibition areas: Preface Hall, Pioneering a New Era, Standing Together Through Thick and Thin, Carrying Forward the Cause, Keeping Pace with the Times and Closing Hall. It shows that since its founding, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the association has actively devoted itself to vocational education practices, enthusiastically participated in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the peaceful democratic movement led by the Party, consistently served the overall development of the country and the Party, and extensively carried out activities such as offering suggestions and advice, school-running practices, overseas liaison and the implementation of the Warmth Project, achieving its own steady development and growth. With rich historical facts, precious historical photos, combined with thematic sculptures, scene restoration and cutting-edge AI display and other diverse presentation forms, it vividly shows the glorious course of China Vocational Education Association, which was born in response to the needs of the times and advanced with the trend of the times.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the leaders went to the construction site of the AI History Museum. The entrance screen wall clearly displayed the information of the AI History Museum construction project, and Xue Fei, Director of the Brand Development Department, introduced the construction concept and content of each area to the leaders in detail. Meanwhile, the screening of the AR effect short film helped the leaders fully and deeply understand the overall plan of the project.

After the successful conclusion of the visit, the groundbreaking ceremony officially began. At the warm invitation of the host, Chen Guogui, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Municipal Vocational Education Association; Lu Peng, Full-time Deputy Director of the Provincial Vocational Education Association; Yang Ping, Chairperson of the college; and Yang Jie, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the college stepped onto the stage together. The leaders walked slowly to the activation ball and touched it together, followed by the successful completion of the ribbon-cutting ceremony. With the passionate background music, the construction project of the AI History Museum of China Vocational Education Association was officially launched, pushing the atmosphere of the scene to a climax.
